The aquarium is expected to open this fall. We’ll be sharing more information, including our Grand Opening date, soon, and Founders Members will be notified when the date is announced.
No. Admission is free for children under age 3.
Founders Memberships are valid for 14 months beginning on the aquarium’s Grand Opening date.
When you purchase a Founders Membership, your account will initially display an expiration date one year from the purchase date. After the Grand Opening date is announced, we will automatically extend your membership expiration date to 14 months after the Grand Opening. No action is required.
Yes. Members must select a date and entry time for each visit. After making a reservation, you’ll receive tickets that can be scanned at the aquarium entrance.
Your digital membership card will be emailed to you after you purchase your membership. You can also add the card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for convenient access when you visit.
Yes. Each person named on the membership will receive an individual digital membership card.
Yes. Physical membership cards will be available for pickup at the ticket office after the aquarium opens. Physical cards are optional, and members may choose to opt out.
Yes. At least one named adult on the membership must be present during each visit and show a valid photo ID at the aquarium entrance.
Visit the ticket counter and present a valid photo ID. Our team will verify your membership and help you check in.
The people included depend on the membership option you select. Family Memberships are intended for members of a single household. Visit our Membership page for full details about each option and who it includes.
Memberships are non-transferable and may be used only by the named members. The exception is the Grandparents Pass, which allows a named adult to bring children who do not need to be individually named on the membership.
No. The people named on a membership cannot be changed after purchase.
Memberships can be renewed online or in person at the aquarium.
No. Memberships once purchased are nonrefundable.
Gift memberships are not available at this time.
No. Memberships do not have blackout dates and may be used whenever the aquarium is open. The aquarium is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
